Really nice run with Kyle, Sara and Hannah and Tim from the Upper Valley Running Club. Got up just before 6 to drive up so we could make the 9 o’clock start. Kept it real easy but we had a 2 mile stretch of hill plus some rolling guys. In the spirit of easy runs being so easy you could do them twice (Ross Tucker’s advice on a podcast I listened to this week), I’d say I was pretty much there.
Was gonna do strides but waited kinda long, untied my shoes and got stiff and figured fuck it. Gonna be a pretty active weekend anyway.
