Lifted before running today because motivation was low and I wanted to lift more than I wanted to run. This was suuuuper smooth, 6 minute pace hasn't felt this easy since gliding through the first 8 miles of the Mystic Half. Legs felt really good, heart rate was between 170 and 180 the whole time but I felt like I was almost jogging the first 14-15 minutes. After a couple weeks of not being that into running, this made me excited for more workouts. Adios are holding up decently well too.
