Hold my fitness, I'm going in! the nap-treadmill combo strikes again.
it seems to be what I need right now, so I'm rolling with it. probably feeling the jump to 50 miles and two workouts last week. I might keep this week's tempo a little shorter to avoid wiping myself out. did 5x (6 chin-ups + 2ea push-ups in normal/left/right staggered position + 3ea sldl) after the run to keep up my facade of strength
