Notes

Eased back into workouts with an easy tempo on the treadmill. Felt pretty good, maybe a little stale but really no complaints considering the ankle pain I had just a few days ago. Felt relaxed through the first 3 and had to focus a bit during the last mile. I'll plan for a track workout Monday I think.
