6x3min at 6:10ish and 1min recovery. GPS seemed a little off on rep 3 but otherwise the reps were fairly consistent at .49, .48, .48, .49, .48, .50. Considered doing another rep but thought it was better to keep it relaxed considering I did 10 yesterday and my left hip was a little tight afterward. I didn't feel it at all today but I think I needed to do more of a warmup yesterday. I think the next step in training is to ramp up these workouts week by week until the half in May.
