Notes
This was a bit of a rough run. I ran late and for whatever reason (almonds?) my stomach was flipping out during this run and felt terrible. After about 15 minutes had to stop every 3-4 minutes because I just felt terrible. The running sections actually felt pretty good but the bouts of stomach pain were pretty intolerable. Had a light dinner (frozen berries/kale, gatorade, lemon juice, and egg protein smoothie) that went down easy and called it a night.
