Early-ish at 8:30 to get this done before going to New Balance indoors with the 4x800m team. Pleasantly surprised that they ran 8:13.63 for this when they looked a little tired last week. Maybe they had a little more in them still, maybe the track is faster than Reggie, maybe they were just excited on the day. Very cool for them to compete at this meet and I hope to come back with SHS in a year or two. Good to chat with John Murray briefly before the race, this guy is everywhere recruiting.
