Some R-pace work out of Daniels again. According to his table and my guess at my mile fitness, i should have been running 34-35. I was in that range for all of them with a handful in 33 high in the middle. This felt slightly uncomfortable for some reps but not very challenging. Need to stop running in these shoes probably, they feel pretty thin up front.

Did a bunch of these reps on the sidewalk outside Foley because the Becker lacrosse coach told me I had to leave when they did. Obviously just got right back on the track once they had cleared out.
