Notes

Ran some quickish miles for 5 and then tempoed 3 for kicks and because I was feeling it. Those were 5:41, 5:30, and 5:36, with some nice little ankle roll on the grass toward the end of the last mile. A bit painful but hopefully this won't slow me down much.
