Felt fairly junky today probably due to some combination of a busy weekend and sitting basically all day at school. Left achilles is a little sore but mostly noticed general heaviness today. Enjoyed talking to Kyle even with some wind struggles, hopefully there's a weekend run in our not so distant future.
