6x30s hard strides with about 90s standing rest. I guess I want to get a little faster this spring, or at least feel better running faster, so stuff like this feels important. I was a bit inspired to do this by Ben True's Strava because he seems to do something like this a couple times per week. I didn't feel super fast so I was surprised to see the pace my watch was showing after these reps. Not sure what's doing it exactly but I feel fairly strong right now despite not lifting for what feels like at least a couple months.
