Lil tuneup workout at Kyle's recommendation. This is definitely not something I would have come up with but this was a great workout to turn the legs over without tiring myself out. Probably a hair fast for some of these but that's okay. Calves are still a bit sore but not slowing me down. Did the 2 400s and 3 200s rather than 3 and 4 because I was a little pressed for time headed to the spike night with the high school.
