8x3min with 1min recovery jog on the track, started around 5:20 pace and the last couple might have dipped under 5:15 pace. Good workout, felt pretty strong. Last 4 took some focus, mostly last 2, but this was a pretty manageable workout all the way through. 3 minute jog and 1 minute standing rest, then 4x200 w/200m at 33.93, 33.32, 33.76, 33.43. Felt good to get a little turnover in without pushing hard.
