Ran at noon despite it being 80 degrees. The slow start to the day was worth it. It was surprisingly cool starting off. I bumped into Logan running and Connor on the bike so I turned around to chat with those guys for about 20 minutes and then finished up on my own. The last 20-25 minutes were a little tough, not sure if that was the heat catching up or me just getting used to longer runs again. Over all this was a really good run. Achilles were both a bit stiff starting out and I felt the left one a little during the run but this was encouraging.
