Ran with Lucas. Sunny and cooler day today, around 70 with low humidity. First half was averaging a bit faster and I eased up the last 3 miles or so because I didn't want to push it after yesterday. Left achilles a bit sore as expected after a longish road race, but didn't bother me during the day yesterday or after a couple miles of this run.
