Some good turnover with Lucas this afternoon. I was pretty impressed that we negative split every rep, although my plan at first was to run 33-34 for every rep. Lucas has a funny way of running these where it takes him 50-60m just to get up to speed. He commented that I get out really hard and seem pretty tense for these, so I'll take his advice and try to practice being more relaxed while running fast.

If I had done this workout alone I might have taken a longer break in the middle but with Lucas to tow me around the track I didn't quite need it, although I'm sure it would have felt good. We even swapped directions for the second half of the workout <3
