Minimum viable distance? Was very busy at SHS tonight trying to coordinate practice, communicate gold card info to the team, get uniforms from Costa, and talk to Walter and Travis Wingard, so I ran about 10 minutes with Farhan on the upper fields and then another 20 minutes on my own about an hour later after everyone left. Wanted 45 minutes tonight so this isn't vastly different. Lots of moving parts at practice and with Coach Smith a little less mobile, I tend to find myself running around a bit more. A little hectic but worth it.
