8x(2:30 at easy tempo, 1:30 at fast tempo). decided to do this to mix things up a little bit and get in a longer effort workout. easy tempo was about 6:00 pace, sometimes just a little faster. fast tempo was pretty consistently 5:30, which was sometimes tough but easier as the workout went on. felt really good which makes me feel like the workout was probably a little too easy, maybe not by much.
