Easy run on the track to keep things safe for the ankle. Actually felt pretty much normal except for a slightly sore achilles on that leg. Not sure if I'll do a long run tomorrow or a workout, but a workout feels more constructive.

Did ankle eversion/inversions 3x15 each on both ankles before the run and these felt pretty good actually. I also did eccentric calf drops in my room. I think I'll start doing these before my runs, and maybe get some kind of stability board/mat to work with.
