Energy level was VERY low after work today so I tried to listen to my body and do a pretty easy workout. I feel like I've fallen off doing the quicker stuff lately so I thought this would be a good nudge back into that direction. I didn't feel great doing this or felt like I found a smooth rhythm but this wasn't very hard and in retrospect I could have run it a little slower (averaged 4:55/mile). Gonna take a day or two easy and then get a beefier threshold workout in.
