8x3min on/1min off felt great as usual. Had to do a little weaving around people and the first lane was fairly snowy. Felt super good, probably averaged somewhere between 5:20 and 5:25 and I think I should have run faster because the last couple reps were not hard. Legs are feeling GOOD
