Pre-run to mix it up a little. Felt pretty good, had a few minutes where the knee was feeling it slightly but it never got worse than 1/10 and it actually improved. Did most of the run at 10 minute pace, but in the second half picked it up a little. Checked what 10min/mile at 7% grade is on flat ground and the internet says about 7:45/mile. That feels roughly right I think. I'll have to keep that in mind when I want to pick up the pace on these runs.
