Notes
Another hot and steamy run. Luckily tomorrow might be a little cooler and then it will cool of a lot Thursday and Friday because running has not felt good in this weather. Achilles felt perfect to start but then was only okay for the rest of this run. Not sure if that means much because it's usually a little stiff right after PT when Mike works on it.
Had a really good PT appointment today, Mike seems very encouraged and I'm progressing well in the rehab exercises. Left feeling really good but not feeling great on this run brought be back to Earth pretty abruptly.
