Some disjointed running with the freshman to warmup, to spectate their race, to spectate the varsity race, and to warm up and tour the course with JV. Some of this was reallly slow, some was almost threshold pace. Didn’t feel great with all the stops but didn’t feel terrible. Great day for the team winning the freshman race, 2nd in varsity and 3rd for JV. Solid times too!
