3x8 DB bench press (35/30/30lbea) / 3x5 pull ups (bw)
3x8 goblet squat (35/40/45lb) / 3x10 ea (25/20/20lb) KB half kneeling overhead press
3x30ea skaters / 3x10ea step ups (7/17/27lb)
Had to go down in weight for bench press to feel explosive, same with the overhead press. Trying to get good explosive movement and bar speed and not stress the weight a whole lot. Hormones yo
