Notes

Didn't want to go for this run but it ended up being a great one. Did about 4.5 on 122 to warm up, then did hill repeats on Brattle. I did these continuously because the recovery was nice and long, there was really no need to pause. Focused on good form and consistent effort. 30s hills were around 5:30 pace, 60s hills were around 6:00 pace. I didn't look at a watch to track pace during the workout, just after the fact.
