Tried to keep this EZ and smooth. Stomach was unhappy for most of the run but physically I felt solid. Both achilles were a bit sore to start but groin felt good. I really want to find a way to wake up less stiff, but maybe this is just an aging athlete thing? That feels a little silly to say, I really feel like I can do better.
