3 sets of 200 @ 800 pace, 100 jog, 200 @ 800 pace with 5 min recovery. Faked my way to a 31, some 32s, and a 34 to finish. I tied up all 3 sets but still managed to run a solid workout. I think I'm going to be sore tomorrow.

Pretty happy with how this went for the kids, although I didn't think this would get Bill all the way to dry heaving/puking. Bodhi crushed it, I'm really excited to see what he does this spring. Sebi could do something pretty good too.
