Notes
It was a bit of a slump day hump day until I got running and then I felt great. Waited a bit after getting home because I was super hungry all day and had a bowl of dry granola.
Brought back the pure speed in the style of Chabs after my terrible showing in the mile this weekend. I want to feel fast and coordinated while running fast and I think these will make a big difference if I do them regularly. The first two felt pretty good and I felt a bit of fatigue in the third. I felt my quads and hip flexors really working, which I don't remember feeling when I did these at WPI.
The rest of the workout was pretty smooth but I had to focus a little in the second half. I think extending the recovery to 90s was a good move, it made this workout a bit easier than usual which I probably need right now.
