Notes
Took this from Daniels' Running Formula 5k/10k training for 60-70 mpw Phase 2. The session in the book was 6 sets but I felt 5 might be more appropriate. I could have done 6 but might have been overreaching slightly. This was a good first quick workout in a little while. I felt very strong and lost focus on a couple reps but this is pretty much what I wanted to do this week.
