Notes
Warmed up really quickly and felt good despite running in the heat of the day. Ran up to the back of Assumption, then around the Nelson Place school and some back roads to get back onto Forest and then took Gold Star to Honey Farms and Institute. Ran faster than I felt I was today, that's kindof cool. I'm tempted to double for some reason.
This was during an attempt to get my car inspected. Showed up at the gas station and the dude was on lunch for 40 minutes, so I ran for 04 minutes, got back for 3 people to be in line ahead of me. I'll try again later I guess.
