Notes

Wanted to turn the legs over today so I did about a mile easy, then 5x30s hard hills with 2 minutes very easy jogging, then a short cooldown. Felt pretty good up the hills if not especially strong. Gotta love the easy jog between hard reps, didn't realize I'd been missing that feeling.

Originally had planned to cross train today but it was too nice out not to run and I'll just move it to tomorrow. Probably makes more sense from a training standpoint also with 2 days on 1 day off.
