Notes
Decided to put off the long run a day because I've still got a sore throat and woke up feeling so-so. I figured it would also be a little easier on the post-race legs to give them a day. Kept the effort real low today and actually really enjoyed the run.
For now my plan is to do a long run tomorrow and Q2 session Wednesday as long as the legs feel decent then too.
Did 8x 20s on / 20s off in the last 5 minutes of the run instead of doing strides. Felt pretty good doing these, definitely better than expected.
