Fun run in the cold rain today with Kyle, Sara and Jake. Started a little on the quick side and then we settled in. Not really used to running low 7s but it was good to be back down there. This is making me realize I'm either running mid to high 7s or slower a lot of the time, or 6 minute pace and faster. Anyway, great time running and goofing with these guys.
Feeling the hamstrings from yesterday's race but otherwise feeling very good. Felt solid on my feet too, less wobbly. I think I'll do some more running here this week.
