Notes

Loosely based on the new day 2 given by TJ at PT 24 MAR. Subbed goblet squat in for the deadlift, didn't do the band stuff because I do that before most of my runs.

A bit annoyed about how this weekend went but felt better after doing this. Just a little too busy and there isn't much room for error/hiccups.
