Notes

Got the run in after dinner having lifted before work today and eaten dinner with Mom and Soph. Treated it as an easy progression, running the first mile in about 7:25 and doing the last 3/4 mile at about 6:25 pace. Kept relaxed throughout, felt the hamstrings a bit but i was able to work up to 177 in the deadlift today so that's to be expected. grade A day
