Not really sure what to make of this workout. This is what Paul Reilly had planned so I went along with it, but I now know that in the future I could really just run whatever I felt like running. 200 jogs were not particularly slow, which is why I averaged faster than most of my track workouts. Started with DJ but then he dropped and only did 200s. This was supposed to be 5k pace or just faster, which I did for the 400s but I sped up for the 200s. I also didn't warm up as much or as well as I usually like to, so that made the beginning of the workout feel harder than it should have. Chalk one up to experience, i'll probably do these once in a while but maybe not all of them.
