Notes
It was so nice out I had to get out for more. Really enjoyed this ride and this made me want to ride outside more this spring and summer. I feel like I got out a little hard and dialed back the effort a bit after about a half hour. I don't feel like I know how to gauge my effort as well on the bike but I was definitely feeling some fatigue by the end of this.
