15x300m on wpi track, 70.38 (400), 72 (400), 53.8, 51.4, 52.8, 52.5 53.6, 52.2, 53.4, 52.9,52.7, 52.1, 52.4, 51.5, 51.3. Not too hard but the last few I wasn't sure I would be on pace. Good to get some turnover in the legs as I am definitely lacking that right now.
