6x3min @ 5:15-5:20 w/ 1min jog, 3x2min @5:15-5:20 w/ 1min jog

Planned for 8x3min but was struggling to stay at or under 5:20 pace on the 6th rep so I switched to shorter intervals. I figured this would be a similar training stimulus. Felt strong but a little tired, probably just the combination of wind/not sleeping quite enough over the past week or so.
