With Lucas in some light rain. As opposed to how these workouts normally go for me, the first rep was the easiest and the next two were harder. There might have been a mental component though because my watch did its usual thing at the far end of the rail trail and said we were running 6:2something pace for almost half a mile of the second rep and then something similar for the third rep. Lucas' watch seemed much closer to what we were actually doing so I used his splits above. Part of me wishes I had run a little more but this was a solid workout, particularly after yesterday's 200s. I'll definitely do a little more threshold work next week.
