Notes

Planned on intervals today but didn't feel great, so I kept it easy today. Felt okay, but I think it was a good idea to push the workout back a day. I'm glad to be getting back into doing Dongle regularly, for whatever reason this is a way I like to do hills. Did some strides and those felt good too.
