Ran before going to CMPT. Pretty tired today but kept the effort super low and got faster as the run went on. Stomach was not very happy, I'm not exactly sure why but I had to stop 3 times. Thankful for well-placed porta-johns. Legs were a bit tired but not especially sore, mostly full body fatigue today. Planned on 55 minutes but did 50 because I did extra yesterday and wouldn't have made class on time otherwise.
