Thousands at the recommendation of the SHS 4x800. I was curious to see what they thought I should do and this was more or less in line with what I had planned. Aerobic but not a gimme workout. This took some focus and was a bit uncomfortable in each rep but very manageable. Did the 200s as strides to shake out a bit at the end. Achilles are a little sore, but that happens with track work and these flats are almost kaput.
