12x200m @ 800 pace w/90s rest. We alternated going uphill and downhill, uphills were 32-33 and downhills were 31-32, which probably lines up with my 800 pace right now. Tough workout for the younger guys (Max, James, Jad) and probably Jason, but Cam and Sean were crushing as usual. I fell back a bit in the final 3rd of the workout, which makes sense for my training so far this winter. Fun to be out there seeing them push themselves.
