Ran from the apartment to class at CMPT because 290 was backed up and if I had gone to the rail trail i would only have had 35-40 minutes to run. This was a hair shorter than I planned for the day but it still worked out super well. Definitely feeling some fatigue from yesterday but not especially sore anywhere. Left achilles/ankle have been a little cranky, I need to spend some time on those.
