Good first workout on the track in a while, although it seems that all of my track workouts are the first in a while. This is probably where my training can improve the most. 800s were fairly comfortable although I tended to slow down over each interval. This didn't feel very different from tempo intervals, which I guess is good and bad. This makes me feel like I probably need faster intervals to "sharpen up" for some real racing. Maybe in a month or two I'll do less tempo work each week and really commit to the track. Not a lot of pop in those 200s, reeeally need to work on speed. All in all, solid workout but lots of progress to be made.
