Notes
Hiked a couple miles down with the gang with a stop for lunch at 1.5 miles where Francoise and Stephen turned around. Would have loved to hike more but the group didn't want to do too much too early in the trip and get tired. Gonna need to come back to hike longer days and stay in the canyon for at least 1 overnight. Uphill wasn't as hard as we expected and we got up pretty quickly, I think just about as quickly as we got down.
Not sure about actual distance/time.
