Pre-race EZ with SHS for the start of their long run. Had a good group at the rail trail this morning minus Giuseppe who arrived an hour late. I had a good time chatting with Adam, Chris and some others on the way out, then I stood around for a mile after hitting 2.5 and joined Seb, Travis and Keith on the way back. A few guys didn't run that far but they had a big week, and the big players got a good run in. I felt pretty good and I'm looking forward to racing tomorrow. Gonna be a good shock to the system probably but I feel like I can put together a good run.
