Notes

Worked out with the JV group at SHS today. They did 12x300m on the upper fields with 2-2.5min recovery, mostly jogging with some standing at the end. I ran in the middle of the pack in the mid-70s per lap, about 6min/mile. I felt pretty good and just a little tired by the end so I feel like this won't have a huge impact to my own workout tomorrow. I feel like the team executed this workout pretty well, particularly after I told them to really use the recoveries and to push the reps just a little more. Good learning for them helped by Dhruv setting a good example. I opted out of the cooldown because this felt like enough running/time on feet for the day.
